No. You can come with questions, a difficulty you cannot quite name or a sense that something is weighing on you. A first meeting helps us understand your situation and possible forms of support.
Psychotherapy and an ADHD assessment are different processes. If you are seeking a diagnosis, we can discuss the kind of assessment you need. Therapy can focus on the difficulties affecting your everyday life.
Yes, I offer couples therapy. Joint sessions provide a space to talk about the relationship, communication and both partners’ needs. Please mention couples therapy when you first get in touch.
Online meetings and English-speaking appointments are possible. We discuss availability and a suitable format when you contact me. Online sessions require a private, quiet space and a stable connection.
We agree the current fee, session length and arrangements before the first appointment. These depend on whether you are booking a consultation, individual psychotherapy or couples therapy.
Call or send a text message to ask about an appointment. A brief request for contact and the type of meeting you are interested in is enough for your first message.
